These terms cover this website, the waitlist and any pre-order for Salvana, operated by Dinario Technologies, Inc.. [COUNSEL: separate app EULA / App Store standard EULA.]
Pre-launch status
Salvana is in development. Features and prices described on this site are our current plans and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to buy anything.
Pre-orders
If we open pre-orders, they will be refundable on request until [COUNSEL: refund window / until launch], and a lifetime purchase will remain valid for the life of the product. [COUNSEL: what happens if the product does not ship, refund method, consumer-law disclosures.]
Product-specific terms
- Salvana helps you find and protect photos and back up wallet keys. It cannot guarantee it will find every sensitive image, and it does not detect or remove malware.
- Salvana is not a wallet. It does not hold, send or receive crypto, and it cannot recover a wallet you have already lost. [COUNSEL]
- The decoy and duress PIN are intended to protect you from theft and coercion. Do not use the duress PIN to withhold data from law enforcement or to obstruct a lawful search or court order. [COUNSEL]
- You are responsible for keeping at least two of the three pieces of your vault key. If you lose two, we cannot recover your vault. [COUNSEL]
- Stopping payment never removes access to items you have already saved. [COUNSEL]
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or app to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.
