Salvana privacy policy

Draft prepared October 23, 2026. Effective date: [COUNSEL].

This policy covers this website and, once released, the Salvana app. Dinario Technologies, Inc. (“we”) operates both. Contact: privacy@salvana.app.

What this website collects

  • Waitlist sign-ups. If you join the waitlist we receive your email address, and anything you choose to type in an optional field if the form shows one. We use it only to tell you when early access opens. Sign-ups are stored in our own database with Neon, in the United States (AWS US East). With your address we keep which form you used and when, and nothing else about you. [COUNSEL: retention period, lawful basis.]
  • No analytics. This website runs no analytics scripts and sets no cookies.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site. [COUNSEL: retention.]

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data, or share waitlist data with advertisers.

What the Salvana app is designed to collect

  • Photo scanning runs entirely on your device. We do not receive your photos, scan results, vault contents or wallet backups.
  • Encrypted backups are stored in your own iCloud account. The pieces of your vault key are stored in your iCloud Keychain, on a card you print and on a device or with a person you choose. We never receive any of them.
  • There is no account and no Salvana server for your data. The planned App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple’s In-App Purchase. [COUNSEL: confirm whether any purchase-status service is used.]
  • If you join the TestFlight beta, Apple shares limited tester information with us under its TestFlight terms. [COUNSEL]

Payments

Pre-orders, when they open, are processed by a payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers. [COUNSEL: provider name, refund terms, data shared.]

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry, or for a copy of what we hold, by emailing privacy@salvana.app. [COUNSEL: GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other state-law rights, response times.]

Children

This site and the app are not directed to children under 13 [COUNSEL: age threshold by market].
